Our stay was a great experience, especially enjoying the exceptional sea view from our room. The location is perfect for a leisurely walk to La Concha Beach, around 20 minutes on foot. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed that made resting after exploring a breeze. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good selection of hot and cold items along with great coffee, making it a nice start to our day.

I was impressed by the solid, clean, and modern hotel, with exceptional housekeeping that truly enhanced my experience. The beach nearby was beautiful, and I loved the ease of accessing local dining options within walking distance. The terrace on the top floor offers stunning views over the bay and mountains, a real highlight during the stay. The room features a good setup with a kettle, fridge, and nice bedding for comfort.

The breakfast selection left much to be desired, with fruit sometimes covered in flies and bacon that didn't seem fully cooked. The parking garage is uncomfortably tight. navigating it can be a hassle, and I noticed some noise disturbances from the backstreet where trash was picked up late into the night.

Consider exploring local dining recommendations shared by the concierge for authentic culinary experiences just a quick walk away.

The room was huge with a superb king size bed, super comfy! We had great views of the harbor. It was quiet on the top floor away from traffic. Breakfast was solid too, with a good variety of options. Really liked that we got an upgrade for just 20€ more.

i loved my stay at sercotel! we were upgraded to a room with a fantastic view, and the location is great, right in front of a bus stop. the cleaning lady was amazing, the best we've encountered in years! plus, breakfast was solid, giving us a good start to the day.

The location is excellent, just a leisurely stroll from a beautiful beach, and there’s a bus stop right outside for easy access to the old town. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when assisting with a lost suitcase, and the availability of lollies and lemon water was a nice touch. However, the small double room had some ventilation issues, which affected the comfort during the stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near a street filled with bars and restaurants, and only a 5-minute walk from the beach. Public transportation options were excellent with regular bus services right outside, making it easy to explore the city.

The breakfast options were limited and did not meet expectations for the price paid.

The triple room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great ocean view from the terrace made our stay memorable.
